i’ve always been the type to get lost in a book…
Like, cancel plans, don’t-talk-to-me lost. But it wasn’t until I started leaning into the kind of stories that really spoke to me — the ones that made me think, feel, and want more out of life — that reading became something deeper. It turned into a tool for self-expression, escapism, empowerment, and real connection.
I started Baddie With a Bookmark because I wanted a space where we could talk about books the way we actually experience them: from annotated heartbreak to full-on fictional delusion. This is more than a blog. It’s a vibe. It’s about finding the books that light something up inside you and using them to build a life that feels just as good.
